The Student Grievance Redressal Committees of Khaira College was constituted to probe the student grievances. It attempts to address genuine problems and complaints of students whatever are the nature of the problem. The cell enables a student to express feelings by initiating and pursuing the grievance procedure in accordance with the rules and regulations of the college. Student Grievance Redressal Committees enquires and analyses the nature and pattern of the grievances in a strictly confidential manner.

Objectives

* To create a platform where students can point out their problems regarding academic and non-academic matters.

* Get suggestions from the students for improvement.

* Take necessary steps for improvement in the light of grievances.

* To develop on organizational framework to resolve grievances of the students and other stake holders.

* To enlighten the students and their duties and responsibilities to access benefits.

* To ensure effective solution to the students grievances.

* To investigate the reason of dissatisfaction.

Functions of the Student Grievance Redressal Committees

The cases will be attended promptly on receipt of written/online grievances form from the students.

Student Grievance Redressal Committees is framed to solve their academic and administrative problems.

To Co-ordinate between students and departments/sections to redress the grievances.

The committee will give report to the authority about the cases attended to and the number of pending cases, if any which require direction and guidance from the higher authorities.
